I have been given this case to solve in an attempt to understand the topic of " patient clinical data analysis" to develop my competency in reading and comprehending clinical data including history, clinical findings, investigations and come up with diagnosis and treatment plan

C/O PAIN IN BOTH KNEES SINCE 1 MONTH


HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS:

PATIENT WAS APPARENTLY ASYMPTOMATIC 1 MONTH BACK , THEN SHE DEVELOPED PAIN IN BOTH KNEES INSIDIOUS ONSET, PROGRESSIVE IN NATURE AND INABILITY TO SQUAT.

NO H/O TRAUMA, FEVER, COLD, COUGH.

NO H/O CHEST PAIN, PALPITATIONS, ABDOMINAL PAIN.

NO H/O BURNING MICTURITION, LOOSE STOOLS, C/O PAIN IN BOTH KNEES SINCE 1 MONTH
